Shahrah-e-Faisal runs some 18 kilometres from the Metropole end to Star Gate by the airport, largely signal-free and carrying around a quarter of a million vehicles a day. The Finance and Trade Centre on the corridor hosts the Trade Development Authority, the Trading Corporation of Pakistan and Al Meezan's head office, with the big hotels at the city end and Jinnah Hospital and the NICVD just off its southern stretch.
