Samosas, rolls, nuggets and bites fry best straight from the freezer on medium heat until golden.
Never refreeze
Once a pack has thawed, cook it the same day. Refreezing spoils both taste and safety.
Before you ask
Do you deliver frozen packs across all of DHA?
Yes, Phases 1 to 8, to houses and to the Phase VIII apartment towers alike. Frozen orders follow the standard delivery: Rs 150, free over Rs 2,000, so a Stock-Up Bundle plus one extra pack usually crosses into free delivery.
Are the BBQ items cooked?
No. The malai boti, marinated wings and seekh kebabs in the BBQ lines are raw and marinated, ready for your grill or pan. That is deliberate: they cook fresh at your home, not in our kitchen.
How long do the packs keep?
Kept at minus 18°C they hold well for weeks. Cook from frozen, and never refreeze a pack once it has thawed.
